During the Brazilian Beer Festival, from March 7-10, 2018 the Beer Pairing offers great harmonisation events, featuring renowned professionals from beer and food market.
Beer Pairing is part of the Brazilian Beer Festival programme and the events take place in the Eisenbahn Biergarten of Vila Germânica Park - Rua Alberto Stein, 199 - Bairro da Velha, Blumenau, SC.
Each of 4 events will have a beer sommelier guiding the harmonization of 5 beers with 5 dishes specially prepared by great Brazilian and international chefs.
